These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tap2Earn mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Tap2Earn is operated by HB Home Services (“Tap2Earn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using Tap2Earn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
Tap2Earn is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By creating an account, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You will maintain only one Tap2Earn account unless we expressly authorize otherwise.
- You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
We may require age or account verification before permitting certain features, including withdrawals.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity conducted through it.
You must not:
- Share your account with another person.
- Create multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional rewards.
- Use another person's account.
- Provide false or misleading account information.
- Attempt to circumvent account restrictions.
We may require additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or process a withdrawal.
3. Earning Rewards
Tap2Earn allows eligible users to earn rewards by completing activities made available within the application.
Rewards shown in your Tap2Earn account are promotional credits and are not wages, salary, employment income, or guaranteed income.
Earning rates, activities, promotions, and other reward opportunities may change or be discontinued at any time.
We do not guarantee that any particular activity, earning rate, or reward opportunity will remain available.
Daily Earnings Limit
To protect the Service against fraud, abuse, automated activity, and manipulation, users may earn a maximum of $10 USD in Tap2Earn rewards per calendar day.
Once the daily limit has been reached, additional eligible activity will not generate additional rewards until the next calendar day.
4. Withdrawals
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount required to request a withdrawal is $15 USD. You must have at least $15 USD of eligible, available rewards before requesting a withdrawal. Meeting the minimum withdrawal amount does not automatically guarantee payment.
Withdrawal Review: Withdrawals may be subject to automated and/or manual review before payment. We may delay, reject, or cancel a withdrawal where reasonably necessary to:
- Verify account ownership or eligibility.
- Investigate suspected fraud or abuse.
- Verify that rewards were legitimately earned.
- Investigate unusual or suspicious activity.
- Comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
- Protect the security and integrity of Tap2Earn.
We may request additional information or verification before completing a withdrawal.
5. Payment Processing
Approved withdrawals may be processed through PayPal or other third-party payment providers made available by Tap2Earn.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
Tap2Earn is not responsible for delays, account restrictions, fees, failures, or other issues caused by a third-party payment provider.
Third-party payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity
You may not manipulate the Service or attempt to obtain rewards through illegitimate means.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Bots, scripts, macros, automated tapping, or other automation.
- Using emulators or modified environments to circumvent security controls.
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards.
- Manipulating or falsifying device or account information.
- Attempting to circumvent earning limits.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or errors.
- Manipulating or artificially generating advertising interactions.
- Generating fraudulent or artificial activity.
- Interfering with Tap2Earn's security systems.
- Attempting to obtain rewards that were not legitimately earned.
- Any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Tap2Earn may use device information, integrity checks, usage patterns, IP addresses, and other technical information to detect and investigate suspected fraud or abuse.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the account:
- Violates these Terms.
- Has engaged in fraud or abuse.
- Has attempted to manipulate the Service.
- Presents a security or financial risk.
- Has provided materially false information.
- Is being used in violation of applicable law.
A withdrawal may be placed on hold while an investigation is conducted.
If an account is terminated because of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or another material violation of these Terms, rewards associated with prohibited or fraudulent activity may be cancelled to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory laws.
8. Advertising
Tap2Earn may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks.
Advertising availability, format, frequency, and content may change over time.
You must not artificially generate, manipulate, or encourage fraudulent advertising interactions.
Attempting to manipulate advertising systems may result in account suspension or termination and may cause associated rewards to be withheld or cancelled where permitted by applicable law.
9. No Guarantee of Earnings
Tap2Earn does not guarantee that you will earn any particular amount of money.
Your earnings depend on factors including available activities, earning rates, applicable limits, eligibility, and continued availability of the Service.
Tap2Earn does not constitute employment and does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or contractor relationship between you and Tap2Earn.
10. Taxes
You are responsible for determining whether your Tap2Earn rewards are taxable and for reporting and paying any taxes that may apply to you.
Tap2Earn does not provide tax advice.
11. Changes to Tap2Earn
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time.
This may include changes to earning rates, available activities, withdrawal requirements, daily earning limits, promotions, payment methods, advertising, or account features.
Changes may be made for business, technical, security, legal, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
12. Intellectual Property
Tap2Earn and its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to HB Home Services and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
13. Third-Party Services
Tap2Earn may rely on third-party services, including payment processors, authentication providers, advertising networks, hosting providers, and other technology providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers' own terms and policies.
14. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or protection that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HB Home Services and its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HB Home Services and its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
17. Privacy
Your use of Tap2Earn is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Tap2Earn is operated, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Your continued use of Tap2Earn after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
