How to delete
Open Account → Delete account and type DELETE. Deletion is immediate. If you cannot sign in, contact us via the Contact page from the email on the account.
What is removed
Your login, email address, display name and device links are removed or anonymised.
What is kept
Anonymised financial ledger, withdrawal and payout records are retained as required by law. Fraud records may be retained to prevent repeat abuse. Any open withdrawal must complete or be cancelled before deletion; remaining balances are forfeited.
